Express Delivery: Ships in 1 to 3 working days. Transit time takes an additional 3–7 working days.
US Orders: Transit time is typically within 3–7 days.

Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
Note: Customs fees, taxes, or import duties (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday between 8:00 am – 6:30 pm.
Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends).
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
All orders receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your package ships.

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
Simply contact our support team.
All products are made to provide 100% satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your delivery, you may return it for a full refund or replacement.
Refunds are not given on free items. However, replacements are provided for items lost in shipping.
Replacements are also sent up to 7 days after receiving your free item if damaged.
